Tasting Notes: Nose: Ripe red fruits, smoke, dry cacao, ground pepper; over time, progresses into maple syrup.
Palate: Dried stone fruit, hot honey and big red gum all sync up. This moves to a slight bit of char and red wine.
Finish: Long roasty notes & tannins on the finish
