This blend is comprised of whiskies with a minimum of 3 years old. Aged in ex-Bourbon barrels the San-In has grainy and
fruity aromas that show barley, oats, and Anjou pear. The texture is silken, with flavors of yellow fleshed plums and evening primrose blossom that turn into white pepper spice. A hint of vanilla flavors the finish.
