This blend is aged in both Ex-Bourbon and New American Oak charred barrels with whiskies a minimum of 3 years old. A
delightfully fragrant nose led by wildflowers, candied ginger, freshly sliced pear, and toasted nougat. The palate is expressive and pronounced, mounting a wave of dried fruits before finishing gently with a hint of butter pastry. A touch of sea salt minerality shows through in the finish.
