Dark fruit, rich oak and toffee, and light spice on the nose. The palate is soft, with lightly roasted nuts, herbal notes, brown sugar, cherries, pepper and light spice. A medium-to-long finish which softens out beautifully. This is a balanced and
very interesting whiskey that is outside the typical bourbon profile. Different, but very enjoyable.
