Stellum Rye Black is an evolution of the Stellum Rye in high-def.  Using a meticulous blending approach with reserve barrels, this Rye blend results in a surprisingly mellow cask-strength whiskey.  The complexity is noticeable in every sip.

Appearance: Marigold and Honey

Nose: Bright notes of ripe blueberry and green jolly rancher, balanced with warm aromas of dark brown sugar, and toasted almonds, and rounded out with something familiar like newspaper clippings.

Palate:  Buttery and Rich.  Mint, Sesame, and Peppercorns all arise.

Finish: Slow and warming, with a well-rounded experience.
