JELINEK plum story is world famous, but what about apples? The company tradition since 1894 is full of plums as well as apples. Our master distillers created a piece of art named JELINEK APPLE JACK : 100% APPLE BRANDY, aged for a minimum of 3 years in AMERICAN BOURBON CASKS.

APPLE JACK is distilled in Arnold Holstein pot stills at Vizovice Plant.  The aroma of Apple Brandy is fruity, full-bodied And woody.  The gold color comes from the special “DOUBLE WOOD“ aging in new oak casks and finishing in American Bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill Distillery.
