Aroma – black tea, cedar, musty, oak, spice, vanilla, soot

Palate – eucalyptus, earth, more vanilla, cherry, rye grains coming to the forefront

Finish – salty, maple syrup, woods – think Pacific northwest rainforest

Overall Impressions – spicy rye notes accompanied by leather and must, with vanilla followed by wood and a little salt
