This limited edition Port Askaig bottling (5,000 bottles produced) showcases the very best of Islay, featuring two distinct vintages from a distillery on the northeast coast of Islay, close to the village of Port Askaig. Eighteen ex-bourbon hogsheads from both 2006 and 2007 have been used to create a multifaceted single malt displaying a perfect balance of sweetness and smoke. Non chill-filtered and bottled at 45.8%, this is young and vibrant Islay at its best.
