PRODUCT NOTES:
An icon of Auvergne’s gastronomic heritage, Pagès Verveine du Velay combines local vervain with a delicious bouquet of plants and spices. Verveine du Velay Jaune is a gentle vervain liqueur with a dash of honey. It takes some 18 months to create this liqueur using three key steps: maceration, distillation and ageing in oak barrels.
Tasting note
Scent : An aromatic bouquet of herbaceous plants.
Taste : Gentle finesse. An elegant, delicious and subtle bouquet. Warm, deep flavours combine power and softness, with notes of herbal store aromas and amber.
