PRODUCT NOTES:
Appearance – polished mahogany
Aroma – sooty, oak, cologne, leather, and smoke
Palate – salt, mint, musty, significant rye presence, yet with a creamy texture
Finish – long, molasses, toffee, rich caramel, chocolate, fudge and peppermint
Overall Impressions – quite elegant at 57.15% ABV, which is perhaps somewhat unusual to say about a whiskey at near-barrel strength
