a final rest in our Apple Brandy Barrels. Corn whiskey, the core whiskey in
all Bourbon, is best suited to absorb the subtle flavors from our Apple
Brandy barrels. After a stay of 12-months, the whiskey transforms into a
more complex whiskey with layers of aromas and flavors.
