By selecting the best Muscat grapes, we create unique and authentic spirit
with rich flavor and natural taste. This quality is achieved by using
seeds and herbs harvested with great care. For the production of 1 liter tsipouro, 5 kilograms of grapes are used to ensure the quality of the product. After distillation, the heart of the distillate is diluted with purified water. This slow-distilled drink is carefully aged, resting for a long time in Katsaros Family cellar. It balances its character in French barrels made from 100 years old oaks of Limousin & Troncais forests. It matures for an optimum period of 36 months.
