A taste of Norway with a dash of folklore, we only produce 400 liters at a time, so as to retain total control of quality. We use juniper berries and herbs from the wilds of Norway. We use rhubarb from abandoned mountain farms, and blueberries from lowland forests, as well as angelica and marjoram.
Nose: Clean aroma, fine notes of juniper and citrus.
Palate: Fresh, clean flavors of juniper, fruit and spices.
