Açaí berries are a superfood rich in antioxidants and fiber. Mainly grown in the Amazon rainforest, the fruit symbolizes health, wellness and life deeply connected to nature. We first make an Açaí distillate, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
