PRODUCT NOTES:
A 100% New York State Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced from local grains. this proprietary bourbon is a four-grain mash bill of 70% corn, and 30% oats, rye, and barley. This small batch bourbon ages for two to three years new charred oak barrels. This distinctive whiskey is overflowing with copious notes of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey. This amazing bourbon was awarded 95 Points in Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible (2 straight years) placing it in the top 2% of all whiskies world-wide, as well as several Gold Medals from national competitions
