A single vintage calvados distilled in 1998, made from the apple harvest of 1997, which is unlike vintages in wine. It is never blended. We bottled according to demand. This is very important for the vintage’s integrity, as it is not mass produced. We market only what we feel are the most significant vintages. 1998 yielded a very complex and distinguished flavor, with unique apple and oak flavors.
