Twice distilled from 100% pure agave in a stainless steel still with a copper pot. Aged for up to 5 months in new char white American oak barrels. The last step is an advanced filtration process that strips color, but not flavor.

Appearance – crystal clear

Aroma – cooked agave with American oak, vanilla and cherry

Palate – smooth agave flavor, followed with citrus and pepper

Finish – smooth cacao
