This 100% Pot Still Rum was distilled in Jamaica, Ester level 60-119 ppm, aged in ex-bourbon barrels in
Jamaica for at least TWO years and then transported to Kentucky where it aged for an additional THREE years in ex-rye barrels. 2/3 is a blend of 3 barrels.
