Also known as pot stills, these stills offer the advantage if producing a richer, more flavorful product than the stainless steel column stills seen in the larger commercial distilleries A more traditional approach to a single malt distilling that produces a distinctly complex product. Matured in French Oak Limousine barrels before being finished in Cognac barrels to provide a balanced yet unmatched flavor of fruit, spice, vanilla caramel and toasted wood. Aged 8 years.
