Valdepablo Vermouth is not as dark, less sweet, with more acidity than a classic Italian Vermouth. The nose is full of aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, vanilla, gentian with a hint of caramel. Gentle and smooth in the mouth with notes of sugar, cloves, and a symphony of aromatic herbs.
