PRODUCT NOTES:
An icon of Auvergne’s gastronomic heritage, Pagès Verveine du Velay combines local vervain with a delicious bouquet of plants and spices. Verveine du Velay Extra pairs our vervain liqueur with cognac. It takes some 18 months to create this liqueur using three key steps: maceration, distillation and ageing in oak barrels.
Tasting note
Scent : Woody aromas are paired with Verveine du Velay’s characteristic vegetal notes.
Taste : Verveine du Velay Extra is round and mature, with the cognac adding inimitable nobility.
