On the nose: Walnuts, plums, nuts and liquorices aromas go with the sweetness of the malted flavors and the lightness of the vanilla wood.
On the Palate: This attack gives flavors of leaven, cocoa and fresh figs. Then the profile gets more complex with noted of cherries macerated in Kirsch, red fruits and candied oranges. Sweetness and generosity mix perfectly into a nice roundness.
