This is a black Italian liqueur based on Sambuca, created through the infusion of green anise seed with various spices. It is purplish black in color with an aroma of anise. Drink neat or chilled on the rocks. Infinito can be used as an ingredient in cocktails, in coffee and over vanilla gelato.
