Bourbon is finished in Walnut Brown barrels for 3-4 months. Freshly dumped bourbon barrels are filled with our Walnut Brown Ale that is aged for 2 months. This recipe dates back to 16th century England.

Tasting Notes: Subtle taste of Chocolate and Caramel on the palette leaving you with a nutty finish.
