Dense ruby with luminous hues, it retains its bright, natural colour when diluted. The 30% strawberry juice and pulp give an aromatic bouquet with very intense hints of strawberry and suggestions of small red fruits. It tastes delicately fresh to the palate, with a good, deep structure. Balanced, pleasantly smooth and enveloping on the palate, with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Pair with flavoured clear spirits (gin). When served with high-quality Cuban rum and fresh lime juice, it is the key to an inimitable Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri. Topped up with tonic water, it makes an excellent soda drink, or even a Tea & Soda with the addition of iced tea: two Fabbri 1905 interpretations of the classic Italian soft drink. Combined with Sweet and Sour Fabbri 1905, it makes a refreshing sour drink.
