100% unpeated German malted barley is distilled in the traditional German style- primary distillation is done in a column still followed by a second distillation in a pot still. The spirit was then aged for at least 4 years in red Bordeaux casks of American Oak before spending 4+ years in 1st and 2nd fill Cream Sherry Casks.
