Cocchi has resumed production of its more intense Vermouth Amaro. Complex yet balanced, it is made with a mix of Moscato, Cortese and Nebbiolo wines. 'Dopo Teatro' is named after the tradition of having a vermouth or other bitter after theater. This is an unusual wine-based vermouth amaro made by following Giulio Cocchi's century old recipe, including rhubarb, chiretta flowers and a double infusion of quinine. It is the perfect way to add bitterness and elegance to classic cocktails.
