Casta Tribal was founded by Chef Andrea Serra and her husband Bernardo Gonzalez, both natives of Jalisco. Their aim was to offer the best artisanal mezcal in a sustainable fashion.
Made from Espadin agave which takes 8 years to mature and Cuishe agave (Karwinskii) which requires 12 years to mature in the wild.
Aroma - bouquet of agave, well defined herbal notes, closing slightly floral with smoke and minerals
Palate - a fresh sensation, balanced with sweetness, bitter with a citric, mineral and smoky personality
