Triple Oak Finished Small Batch Rye Whiskey

Just up the canyon from the orchard where CALI Distillery harvests fruit for our liqueurs is the mountain town of Three Rivers California. Clear mountain streams flow down from the snowpack of the Sierras, through groves of California oaks and out into the rich farmland of the Central Valley. We tried to capture that California magic in our Three Rivers Rye Whiskey. The magic of water, wood and grain transforms into a rich, whiskey with citrus, molasses and dark honey notes.
Three Rivers is 93% Rye, and is aged and finished with a combination of American light and dark oaks, and toasted French Oak.
