Angel Fire is named after a village in New Mexico, where the sunsets are so dramatic that the local Native American tribes once called them, “the fire of the gods”. It’s a place that inspired us to create a vodka that’s equally unforgettable. Angel Fire rewards devotees of fine spirits with heavenly purity and smoothness, but also delivers a touch of devilish good times.
Our vodka is crafted in small batches under the watchful eye of our master distiller. We use the purest ingredients, including micron-filtered aquifer water and an extremely unique proprietary blend of grains from the great plains. To achieve our otherworldly smoothness, we distill Angel Fire five times in a hand-hammered copper pot still.
Nose: A big blast of malt, followed by notes of asparagus, dried herbs, white pepper spice and floral tinges of honey blossom.
Palate: Medium in weight, lightly creamy which dries out nicely, exposing a touch of caramel and butterscotch sweetness, malted milk and marzipan nuttiness.
Finish: Wonderfully complex, nice mouthfeel, good acidity, medium in length, touch of citrus and bitter almond.
