Willett Family Estate Bottled Bourbon is a very unusual whiskey in many regards. The Bourbon label exists for the sole purpose of the Willett family's private barrel selection program, and is the only label of its kind in existence. Each selection will always be a single barrel-aged, barrel-proof, un-chill filtered. Releases under this name and labeling will always deliver straight bourbon whiskey of unusual depth and complexity.
