Tasting Notes:  Made from carefully selected Airen grapes, which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural aromatic herbs.  Valdepablo Vermouth is not as dark, less sweet, with more acidity than a classic Italian Vermouth.  The nose is full of aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, vanilla, gentian with a hint of caramel.  Gentle and smooth in the mouth with notes of sugar, cloves, and a symphony of aromatic herbs.  The aftertaste is long and pleasant and invites you to taste more.
