Caballeros Inc. recently introduced these very special, limited edition, rare bottlings of 100% agave mezcal aged in oak barrels. Twice distilled and bottled in heavy French glass with a scorpion inside of each hand-numbered bottle. Special super-sized scorpions were included in these unique editions. This award-winning mezcal is a rare limited edition. It spends 5 years aging in oak barrels of less than 200 liters.

Appearance - interesting gold-amber color, about the same color as a bourbon of the same age

Aroma - brine, phenol, mesquite sap, salt

Palate - brine, herbs de Provence, salt, smoke, slick mouth feel, almost paradoxical sweet/bitter and defined viscosity
