SMALL BATCH HEAVY RYE BOURBON

Distilled in 2015 in Indiana. Agef dor a minimum of 5 years in new charred oak barrels.

Heavy rye mash bill:  60% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Barley

Each batch (two batches) is 14 barrels, selected in conjunction with the ownew of a now defunct East Village Beer, whisky and rock n’ roll bar.

Medium to full body whiskey, a sweet backbone with spicy cocoa, stone fruits, vanilla & caramel notes, with a long spicy, slightly earthy finish.
