PRODUCT NOTES:

Hand Barrel Double Oak is a twice-barreled bourbon that delivers a deep, distinctive flavor. First aged a minimum of two years in a new American white oak cask and then dumped into a second new American oak cask to produce a delightfully complex flavor profile.

TASTING NOTES:
EYE: Pale Amber
NOSE: Toffee, Caramel, Buttered corn, Cinnamon Pepper Spice
PALATE: Round, Viscous - Waves of oaky caramel, butter and bursts of pepper give way to a honeyed sweetness and round mouthfeel of baked apple and cinnamon
FINISH: Vibrant pepper-cinnamon-mint burn - light tannin
