A unique handcrafted gin from Greece, that is the result of a shared vision between three women; two second generation distillers, and a spirited woman with an extensive knowledge of the drinks industry. Crafted using a base of juniper, angelica root, orris, lemon peel, orange peel, cardamom, coriander and cassia bark. In addition to the base botanicals a final touch is added using schinos, myrtle leaves, orange blossom, critamos and pink pepper to enhance the overall experience.

On the nose it is juniper driven, with notes of pink pepper. The palate is oily and robust. Both juniper and critamos are immediately to the fore, making a perfect match with the spicy character from coriander, pink pepper and cassia bark. Intensely fresh with earthy elements.
