Casta Tribal was founded by Chef Andrea Serra and her husband Bernardo Gonzalez, both natives of Jalisco. Their aim was to offer the best artisanal mezcal in a sustainable fashion.
Made from Espadin agave requiring 8 years to mature, Tobala agave which requires 12 years to mature in the wild and Madrecuishe (Karwinskii) which requires 12 years to mature in the wild.
Aroma - expresses fragrant herbal and vegetal nuances such as grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, thyme and jicama
