PRODUCT NOTES:

Diamond Distillery was established in 1670 and, over time, has acquired its 9 stills as other distilleries on the island closed – the most famous of these being the two wooden stills (the last operating wooden stills in the world) made from Guyanese hardwood called “Greenheart”.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Red banana, Christmas tree pine needles, cherry menthol sweets

Flavour: Red grapes, bakewell tart, almonds

Finish: Aniseed, star Anise, sweet leather

Spirit Type: Imported Rum
